Fiancé Visa Weddings
Warm and Wonderful Weekday Weddings are the
perfect type of marriage ceremony where you are planning a small
wedding because one of you has been granted a Prospective Partner Visa (Fiancé
Visa) and has
recently arrived from overseas.
In order to meet the requirements of the Department of Immigration,
when you apply for Prospective Marriage Visa you must give them
evidence that you have made arrangements to marry within 9 months of
arrival in Australia.
By
providing a letter giving the details of their arrangements to marry, I
have assisted may brides and grooms from every continent to realise
their dream of living in Australia together with the person they love.
It will be my pleasure to assist you, too.
What
you need to do:
- Contact me to make an appointment to
meet with me (if
one partner is overseas it is acceptable for only the partner in
Australia to make the arrangements)
- Bring with you to the meeting all
documentary proof of identity required and date of birth, together with
proof of how any previous marriage ended (divorce certificate or death
certificate of your late husband or wife)
- Pay a booking fee for your ceremony
(this
fee is non-refundable), which covers the cost of completing the
required Notice of Intended Marriage and other administrative costs
relating to your ceremony) together with an additional modest fee for
preparing the letter and further correspondence with immigration
authorities. When the visa is granted the amount paid as booking fee
will be credited against the ceremony fee.
- Discuss a date for the wedding and
complete the Notice of Intended Marriage at the meeting
I will then produce the letter for the
Department of Immigration,
advising them that you and your fiancé
intend to marry and the proposed date of
the wedding.
Make
sure you check out the legal requirements
for marriage in Australia.

Jennifer was
exdtremely helpful in getting of the associated paperwork [Prospective
Spouse Visa] completed. Her assistance was invaluable. We chose to have
a relatively basic ceremony, which was well-handled. Jennifer's
calmness and friendliness helped make Marlene and I feel relaxed and
allowed us to enjoy the ceremony. Jennifer related to our guests and
family so well. - Robin
